Did some cable cars on the Powell lines, then went on the Embarcadero for F line streetcars.
Happened to catch Holman streetcar no. 1 on a charter there and pulling in at Balboa Park.
Today was the first day of the Hyde Ride, a special round trip from Aquatic Park via Hyde, Washington, Powell, and Jackson Streets
back to the Wharf. This service is done with double end cable cars. Thursdays will have car 53, the Tony Bennett dedicated car,
Fridays will feature Sacramento-Clay 19, and Saturdays use O'Farrell-Jones-Hyde car 42. My shots of car 53 are head-on through the
front window bars, so the next Thursday I'll do better ones.
